Withdraw from a contract

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. Fill in the form, check it, then confirm. One clear declaration is enough; you do not need an account.

A product that was sealed at delivery and whose seal has been broken is no longer covered, for health protection and hygiene reasons. The full conditions are on the Returns page.
