Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For EU consumers, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of delivery, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
