These terms apply to all purchases made on woudya.com. By placing an order, you accept the conditions below.
The products
Woudya sells artisanal oud oil, agarwood chips, and oud-based fragrance compositions. The oud oil products are sold as natural aromatic materials, not as cosmetics. The fragrance compositions are sold as ambient and textile compositions, not as cosmetic products. All disclaimers on individual product pages apply.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of any applicable EU VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon delivery, which are not included in our prices.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Klarna where available in your country. Woudya does not store payment details.
Shipping
- Orders are dispatched from France within 1 to 2 business days.
- EU shipping: tracked Colissimo, 2 to 5 business days, free.
- Outside the EU: tracked international, 7 to 14 business days, fee shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at delivery. Tracking is provided by email.
Right of return
For EU consumers, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of delivery, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, at your expense. We will refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
Defects and complaints
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the buyer's country of residence.
